Enzo Grauso is a sociologist born in Naples in 1952. He graduated at " Federico II " university in Naples in 1985. He undertook as a researcher inh the field of folk traditions for a long time and recorded numerous oral tradition documents regarding Neapolitan and Campania religious-magici fabric. He worked with celebrities belonging to the world of culture and performing arts  such as the ethnomusicologist Roberto De Simone whom he worked together with on some folk tradition publications, among which " Il segno di Virgilio" published in 1981 by " Azienda Autonoma Cura, Soggiono e Turismo " of Pozzuoli - Sez. " Puteoli: Studies of ancient history" and " I novantanove racconti delle dieci notti" ( The ninenty-nine short stories of ten nights- Campania fairy-tales) publishes by Einaudi publishing house in 1992. He worked for the RAI production centre of Naples as a programmer director and he had been collaborating with the TG2 editorial staff for a sries of TV programmes aimed to the artistic and landscape revaluation ofNaples and Campania.. He took part as a social worker in the elaboration of a permanent Observatory on juvenile uneasiness in the city of Naples in 1989 and worked on the realization of the project for the realization of the residential house " Il Ponte " of NIsida: a reception community for unde-age youth coming from the penal circuit, one of the early ones sprung up in Italy. In 1996 he elaborated with Nizzo Eugenio De Curtis, a well-known surrealistic and set designer , the first prevention project on youth unease taken place in a  handicraft shop in the ancient centre of Naples.The project was proposed to  overcome the concept which sees  vocational training as a choice reserved to scool system dropouts and misfits carrying out institutional interventions of " anticipation" of the phenomenon and of permanent Educatio.. He has been a High School regular back-up teacher since 1997.
